Product Summary

The HERCULES Floating WF Fly Fishing Line combines a weight-forward floating profile, low-stretch braided core, and double-welded loops for easy connection and smooth casting. Available in 3–8 WT and multiple colors and lengths, it is a versatile choice for trout, bass, panfish, and other freshwater fly fishing applications.

Key Features

• Weight-Forward Floating Design — The WF profile concentrates more weight toward the front of the line, helping load the fly rod quickly and making it easier to achieve smooth, long-distance casts.
• 3–8 WT Options — Available in 3 wt through 8 wt to match different fly rods and fishing applications.
• Smooth Fly Turnover — Designed to transfer casting energy efficiently, helping turn over weighted flies and improve fly presentation at distance.
• Excellent Floating Performance — The floating line stays high on the water and supports effective roll casting, double hauling, mending, and other fly casting techniques.
• Ultra-Low-Stretch Braided Core — The low-stretch braided core provides increased sensitivity and helps anglers detect subtle movements while making slack management easier.
• Smooth Release Through Guides — Designed to shoot smoothly through the rod guides for efficient casting and improved line control.
• Double Welded Loops — Welded loops at both ends make it easier to connect the leader and fly line backing without complicated knots, while also simplifying line changes.
• Easy Line Identification — The tip-end identification system helps quickly identify the line weight and length, making it easier to select the correct fly line from multiple setups.
• "This End to Reel" Marking — Clearly indicates which end should be attached to the reel, helping prevent incorrect installation.
• High-Visibility Color Options — Available in multiple colors, including Moss Green+Gold, Fluorescent Yellow, Grass Green, Moss Green, Orange, and Teal Blue, making the floating line easier to see during casting and mending.
• Versatile Fly Fishing Applications — Suitable for dry flies, nymphs, streamers, and steelhead flies, and designed for trout, bass, and panfish in streams, rivers, and lakes.
• Multiple Lengths — 3 wt and 4 wt options are 90 ft; 5 wt through 8 wt options are 100 ft.

Fly Line Care

• Stretch Before Fishing — Use a fly line straightener before fishing to help remove memory and improve casting performance.
• Rinse After Saltwater Use — Rinse the fly line and backing with clean water after saltwater fishing to help maintain smooth handling and floating performance.
• Store Away from Direct Sunlight — Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight when the line is not in use to help extend its service life.
