1. Free Standard Shipping

2. We ship from the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse depending on item stock status.

3. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct before making payment. Unit or apartment numbers are usually forgotten.

4. If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with the free shipping option if you need your order for events on a specific date.

5. Orders normally will be processed within 1 workday after the payment is cleared on our side. For some Customized Orders, it needs 1-2 weeks for processing.

6. A tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

7. You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.

8. If the parcel is delayed by the carriers, please contact us first, and we will step in immediately.

9. We will send your goods in the form of ordinary parcels to save you money. But we cannot guarantee that there will be no tariffs, if there are, you will have to pay by yourself. We ask for your understanding.

10. Sales & Use Tax

We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in the State of California. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

Sales Tax is calculated on the net total merchandise value after all applicable discounts have been applied. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state). Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded.

  • Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, such as flight arrangements, customs checks, weather conditions, and other external factors. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

  • Free Shipping does not guarantee the delivery time and it is subject to delay due to customs clearance, especially during holiday.

  • We have no responsibility for the shipping address provided wrongly.

  • Due to the high probability of Po-box loss, please use your home address or company address as much as possible.

 

Delays in Orders Delivery due to COVID-19.

We experienced a significant increase in online orders and we have been working at the highest capacity possible to ensure we are safely processing and delivering orders. However, our local delivery partners like USPS are experiencing unprecedented volume increased and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We estimated there will be 3 to 5 days delay for them to deliver your orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

The Estimated Time of Arrival

1. If the recipient is in the United States and the US warehouse has the items,  we will use USPS to ship the order, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days.

2. If not, we will send it from the China warehouse, the estimated time of arrival is as follows:

Processing Time: We need 1-5 business days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. We need time to prepare the orders before shipping, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package. This is separate from the Shipping Time.
