8. Click the "Credit card", complete the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code.

9. Complete the Billing address and click "Pay now" button.

Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use your PayPal account, you may still pay via PayPal, by clicking on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can first enter your email address and then enter your credit card information to complete your payment safely via PayPal.

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “Apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”Apply” before click “Complete order”, your order total will not reflect coupon discount.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

2. We ship from the U.S. or China depends on your destination countries and item stock status.

3. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct before making payment. Unit or apartment numbers are usually forgotten.

4. If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with free shipping option if you need your order for events on specific date.

5. Order normally will be processed within 1 workday after the payment is cleared on our side. For some Customized Orders, it needs 1-2 weeks for processing.

6. Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

7. You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.

8. If the parcel is delayed by the carriers, please contact us first, and we will step in immediately.

9. We will send your goods in the form of ordinary parcels to save your money. But we cannot guarantee that there will be no tariffs, if there are, you will have to pay by yourself. We ask for your understanding.

10. Sales & Use Tax

We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in State of California. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

Sales Tax is calculated on the net total merchandise value after all applicable discounts have been applied. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state). Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded.

• We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

• Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, such as flight arrangements, customs checks, weather conditions and other external factors. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

• Free Shipping do not guarantee delivery time and it is subjected to delay due to customs clearance especially during holiday.

• We have no responsibility for the shipping address provided wrongly.

• Due to the high probability of Po-box loss, please use your home address or company address as much as possible.

Delays in Orders Delivery due to COVID-19.

We experienced a significant increase in online orders and we have been working at the highest capacity possible to ensure we are safely processing and delivering orders. However, our local delivery partners like USPS are experiencing unprecedented volume increased and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We estimated there will be 3 to 5 days delay for them to deliver your orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The Estimated Time of Arrival

1. If the recipient is in the United States and the US warehouse has the items,  we will use USPS to ship the order, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days.

2. If not, we will send from China warehouse, the estimated time of arrival as follows:

Processing Time: We need 1-5 business days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. We need time to prepare the orders before shipping, and do strict quality-control tests and carefully package. This is separate from the Shipping Time.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@herculespro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must be reported to our Customer Services Team within 1 days of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• These will be replaced or refund as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. It is not necessary to return the defective item to us.

• These goods will only be exchanged or refunded if they have not been used, worn or otherwise soiled and are in their original, undamaged packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

2. We will initiate a refund to your PayPal account/Credit Card or original payment method within 7 business days of confirming that there is no problem with the product.

NOTE: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. The original shipping fee are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns for refunds if only because the spool is different from the picture. If you want a specific of spool, you can make a note when placing the order.(Fishing line spool size will be vary depending on the line diameter, tension's level, and length. Each spool is appropriately sized to minimize plastic waste.)
